Yes. We did it and it helped our fertilization rate a lot. I don’t see a downside. Good luck OP!

It helped compared to regular ICSI.

We went from 11/16 fertilizing to 15/15.

We had success with our PISCI cycle. ICSI we had 10/10 fertilize but fresh transfer BFN and 0 to freeze. PISCI we had 7/8 fertilize with fresh transfer BFP and 3 to freeze. That said, we also got my husband on vitamins and my thyroid levels down. Whether it was the PICSI, other changes or luck, who knows. We’re also 30-31 years old.
