Can you re-litigate a divorce settlement?

My question is under what circumstances can a divorce settlement be changed after a judge has signed off on it. Is there wording in the agreement that can forestall this from happening? FYI I want to ensure that final means final.

Of course esp if new info comes to light (like he was hiding assets or has been arrested etc.)

Yes, certain things like custody can always be revisited if there is a material change in circumstances.

Custody always, child support and alimony in changed circumstances and if the disclosures were not accurate regarding finances

Good to know.

nothing is absolute final except death

And even that isn’t final if you believe in life after death.

So you may as well live right, do it right the first time.
