| I believe it is 5k, at least that is what it is as a 1 time fee for their 6 cycle shared risk program. A la carte for individual it is probably less |

| We had embryos thawed and tested last year, and I believe it was $4k then (late 2017). |

| $5000 for me. I did not participate in any of their discount programs. |

| Dominion uses Invitae, and pp is correct they charge $150.00 per embryo and $75.00 shipping fee. |
