Saw this guy’s signs in neighborhood googled him and was shocked by the video that came-up.
Evidently some “want-to-Be” deep state operative that got totally owned by Project Veritas.
Doubt he’s still employed by State Dept. but hope DC govt. keeps an eye on him. Not sure what ANCs
Have access to but he shouldn’t have any.

Project Veritas is an alt right organization that's funded by Trump donors. If they targeted this ANC candidate, he must be doing something right. I'd vote for him if I lived in his area.

Why didn't Boyd collect petition signatures like "official" candidates who actually get on the ballot? To get on the ballot for the ANC only requires 25 signatures.

Boyd got exactly 25 signatures but his petition was successfully challenged. He believes that the Democratic Socialists of America were behind it. As moderator, I’m sure that you can see all the Stuart Karaffa posts are made from the same I.P. address.

They have a lot more than you think and are the single biggest reasons it takes years for larger projects to get off the ground or approval from the ANC. You would be surprised at what stall tactics and drama are caused by ANCs, usually hurting small businesses.
