parents of infants under 6 months may be vaccinated in dc?

how can you tell for sure if parents of newborns may be vaccinated at the dc clinics? the dc site is unclear:
http://newsroom.dc.gov/show.aspx/agency/doh/section/2/release/18365

and the washington post site seems to indicate only last night's clinics were vaccinating parents (and not future ones):
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/metro/flu_shots.html#dc

and of course i called the dc DOH and was transferred around a million times to people without answers.
