DC Clinics: Can you get a child vaccinated who is not your own?

I plan to take my child and the child of a close friend to one of the DC clinics tomorrow. Do parents have to be present, or can I get my friend's child vaccinated along with mine? I've heard they aren't checking IDs so I guess they're not asking for proof of parentage either. Correct?

do you need to sign a form as a parent/guardian? I did in MoCo. If you could get the form signed by the other parent first, that might be good.
