I have a 3 week old and while both dh and I want to get the vac, I am breastfeeding ever 1 1/2 - 2 hours so waiting in 2-3 hour long lines isn't an option - also I'd rather not expose DD to that many people. What are others with babies this small doing? Are you waiting until they are more readily available in Nov?

the CD clinics so far do not seem to have had very long waits.

IF it were me, I would pump milk so I could go stand in line by myself, just in case there was a significant line. But that only works if your baby has learned to take a bottle at this point.

a couple that was with me at mckinley last week had a 3 week old that they did not bring with them. didn't think to ask about nursing. i suppose the baby takes a bottle.
