Mercury - free vaccine in Maryland

Anonymous
I just had my appointment with my midwives in Maryland and they again told me their Damascus office has the mercury free vaccine for H1N1 available to pregnant women in the practice. I've heard that this area hasn't gotten this version yet but I've double checked with several employees of the practice and they assured me it was. I'm paranoid enough about getting it but want to make sure it's the right version. Does anyone know if it's here in Maryland? Thanks!

Wouldnt it make sense to call the Damascus office and ask?

I am 31 weeks pregnant and allergic to thimerosal. I would greatly appreciate if you could post the name of the practice where you were able to find the mercury-free vaccine. Many thanks

Find out the brand of the shot. People are calling the Novartis shot the mercury free though it contains a trace amount. The only true mercury free is by Sanofi. From what I have read the Sanofi single dose shots have not come out yet.
