Confused by CDC recommendation for those caring for H1N1 patients (ie, moms)

So I took the Emory quiz and it sounds like my youngest had/has it, and my middle child now is starting to show symptoms. That leaves me home with 2 kiddos with probable swine, and the CDC site recommends that caregivers ask doctors for retro viral meds to prevent getting the flu in the rest of the family (DH, me, and DS14).

Is this correct? I thought I read here that tamiflu is being stockpiled for only the sickest with complications to avoid making H1N1 into a superbug?
