Listening to The Who’s Live at Leeds album and wondering if there are any contemporary bands that rock hard with just guitars, drums, and bass ... the basic, blow your ear drums out, Marshall amp stack rock.

Oh yeah I’ve seen some of the old rockers live, and they’re often awesome. I was asking about contemporary bands. Thanks for the suggestions, PPs!

The Menzingers
Against Me!
the Wonder Years

the Organ Beats

Chumped
Tacocat
Ex Hex

The Who's Live at Leeds is one of the best out there. For new, hard rock, Greta Van Fleet is very good.

Thanks!
Maybe not what OP is looking for - I think Greta Van Fleet is like Led Zepplin reincarnated and firs the request- but check out one of my favorites, Larkin Poe. Two very talented sisters one plays the dobro.
