| It depends on your company/organization. Each employer has their own contract with specific benefits/exclusions. You need to talk to your HR office and get the full benefit contract. That is hard to get, so you need to ask about what it is you're likely to need in the next year. |

| I have Anthem BCBS and our coverage thru my empolyer pays everything except minimal co-pay for the fertility treatment including all the meds. It's all depends what is included in your package thru your employer. |

| It depends on the contract your employer has with each of these company. Aetna at company A is not the same as at Company B. |
