For what purpose? And why the recording?
My kids use both services (I prefer Lyft but Uber drivers are less likely to refuse a minor), and I don’t want the services to crack down on underage driver usage. |

Thanks for the reply.
We are talking to experts about potential safety concerns about having teens use ride shares and looking to inform parents about what steps they should consider doing if their tween/teens use rides shares. I have a 14 year old and her friends use it but in order to be impartial in our reporting, I can't use my daughter or her friends in our reporting. From an ethics standpoint we don't ask people in are in our reports to do things for us so that is why I am looking for folks/families/tweens who already use it routinely. Does that make sense? I'd would be interested in learning more about how this helps your family. I'm at 202-895-5556. |

Wow, you people are rich. I can't afford to let my kids ride share to their various activities.

Uber isn't even allowed to transport minors without an adult in some jurisdictions. You should make sure that your request to ask teens to tape themselves won't get their parents arrested.

| Inside tip: FCPS can’t figure out exactly how to manage Uber/Lyft. Varies widely. |
They've got an easy job. Be a reporter, post online for comments, write a quick article and get paid. Do not even have to do any real reporting. |
