basketball options for 4th grader in Bethesda

I'm looking for recommendations for a basketball league for my 4th grade DS in Bethesda. We are currently doing PPA Hoops this fall, but it is really pricey for us to continue every season. I'm also looking into MoCo rec basketball for the winter season (which I believe is the only season that it is offered), but there is not currently a team at our school, and it requires a parent coach which is really hard to find. Has anyone put together or been on a MoCo rec basketball team and hired a professional coach like some MSI soccer teams do?
