Black tie jewelry

I've got a black tie event in Virginia coming up. I'm planning to wear floor-length black skirt and a cashmere shell. Now I just need jewelry. Would prefer a statement bracelet and earrings, rather than a necklace. FWIW, I've got some nice diamond earrings, but don't have any ideas on a bracelet. Any suggestions on where I might find something...ideally on line?

I generally find great statement pieces at bloomingdales and nordstrom.

Personally i'd go with something with gemstones or pearls. Anne taylor has some nice costume jewelry on a larger scale, so does Macy's. Or check out JCrew if you don't mind spending a bit more. Remember, it only has to LOOK nice.
You might even luck out finding something at Coldwater Creek.
