| CO is a big state. in the middle of Rocky mountain with Unabomber neighbors, I am sure it's, at least, UMC. Certain parts of Denver area? not so much. |

| NP here. DH got a recruiting call about Denver. We got major sticker shock on housing, even in the burbs. |

| We have family there and considered moving there a few times. Real estate in certain parts of CO (like Denver) has increased a lot in the past 7 years and things like childcare costs aren't any better in certain areas as well. $300K goes a LONG way still, but its highly dependent on where you live in CO and just like DC the burbs of say Denver are far more affordable then closer in. |

Yes. Our $800k house in western Fairfax would be over a million in a Denver suburb. |
