How to dress a toddler for bed when the have a fever....

My toddler is the last of us to come down with the flu (my guess). He's had a moderate fever throughout the day that has responded to tylenol. I just gave him some, so his fever will go down but probably come back in the night. Do I dress him warmly for bed? Or just a t-shirt to keep him cool? Or what? TIA

I dress my kids in cotton bottoms and top for PJs, not the warm footy fleecy ones we usually wear. Maybe some socks (cotton). We have been going through this with both. For my older child a tshirt was ok as he is old enough to wrap himself in blankets as needed, but my 3 year old isn't. Hope your son feels better soon. It's so hard when they are sick.
