Hi all!
Just wanted to inform the DCMoms/Dads community of a new 6-week Intro to Irish Dance for Kids! Presented by District Irish Dance Academy (www.districtirishdance.com), class will take place on Saturdays 10/6-11/10, from 2-2:30pm at Fuse Pilates Foxhall (3301 New Mexico Ave NW). Description below: Learn the basics of Irish dance in this exciting 6-week introductory session for kids! Jump, kick, step and slide while learning the fundamentals (focus on the "fun"!) of Irish dance, musicality, rhythm, technique and more! The final class will present a showcase for families! Open to ages 5-12. This is a great opportunity for students to try out the amazing art of Irish dance - with class led by former "Riverdance" cast member and certified Irish dance teacher Joe Duffey, TCRG.
