Best RE for MFI and genetic issues?

It’s time to pull the trigger and start consultations. We’re in MoCo, so closest to Shady Grove. We’re experiencing secondary infertility.

Genetic issues are with me (wife).

We had success with extreme MFI at Shady Grove, and did several rounds of ICSI. We also worked with a Urologist that they recommended (Ratner?) to get his counts up.

Also had good luck at CCRM (CO) for #2 and #3.

What sort of genetic issues? You don't have to give specifics but just wondering if it's a more common issue or something rarer? I started at Shady Grove and have a very rare genetic issue and their PGD provider wasn't able to work with me. Not sure if they're still using Igenomix this was last November. I switched to CCRM Northern Virginia and their PGD provider was able to work with me. We don't have MFI so I can't speak to that. The location is a pain in the ass though. Good luck!
