All our shows reset to S1:E1 and we haven't messed with the settings at all. Did this happen to anyone else? It happened across all our profiles. (First world problems)

| About 2 weeks ago we were signed out. Then when we signed back in there were a bunch of glitches. We kept getting errors. Last week the interface was updated. We use Apple TV. |

| We're having trouble watching one particular episode of Ozark. It will start, and then give us the message that "it is not available at this time." Ok, Netflix - we're paying so you'd better be available ALL the time. |

| No S1:S1 but DH kept saying his shows were at the wrong places when he logged in. I changed the password and things seemed to straighten out. |
