I believe they were part of what helped me. I managed to have two kids after 40.

Well, I had 3 failed IUIs and 3 failed IVFs under my belt when I started taking DHEA (started the CoQu10 a little before). 1.5 cycles on that, got spontaneously pregnant. My issue is DOR.

So I have no scientific evidence except that in 2 years of trying both the old fashioned way and with ART, it does seem interesting that right after I got the DHEA, bam pregnant.

I started taking DHEA, D3, and Coq10 and I got pregnant after two years of IVF at age 39. I also started taking thyroid medication so I"m not sure what made the difference but my DC is 2 now

COQ10 is what I started taking for PCOS. That alone did not get me pregnant, but compared to the two cycles I didn't use it and then the cycle I did use it after taking it for three months and it worked I'd say it was worth the money.

My RE doesn't typically recommend it but when nothing else was working, she said it was at least worth a try. The only downside is you need to be cautious about the DHEA and not take it for too long. It can mess with cycle lengths, etc.

Yes, research suggests CoQ10 may support fertility in both men and women. One thing to note is the absorption. A form that is water and fat-soluble absorbs better.

What dosage of CoQ10 is everyone taking? I’m doing 300mg of Ubiquanol.

I take 600 mg - 200 mg 3 times a day... I started taking a year back... one ectopic and one miscarriage at 8 weeks

Now taking dhea 3 times a day...

Waiting for a miracle

What is the cocktail? If I recall correctly l-arginine may be in it ? That messed me up royallyduring my I've cycle but I'm also not DOR.

Mito Q is the formulation of CoQ10 that gets into the cell the most. It's expensive, but far more effective than other versions. I take it for a chronic condition.
