Basic tech question about the student/school calendar in the MyMCPS portal (syncing, etc)

I've got a 6th grader in Silver Creek and this is all new to me since we are also new to MCPS this year. I ran into an issue that perhaps other parents here have figured out more readily--about syncing the student calendar (not the MCPS general calendar) to her iphone and potentially mine too.

Specifically....Within the MyMCPS Portal, I see that there's another site (sub-site?) called "MyMCPS Classroom" which seems intended for my daughter...with her syllabus etc. The calendar there (which is actually several individual calendars for each class, shown on in one place) looks helpful for her to use to keep on top of dates for upcoming assignments and quizzes. There is also some school-specific info in there which looks useful to know.

There's a way to download it with the "Calendar Feed" link, and I've tried that. It's now an iCloud calendar on my phone (and it says, "Subscribed") . My questions are:
1. Will it update itself from now on, for example whenever a teacher adds something to the class's calendar [it can somehow share info virtually with the MyClassroom system?] ? Or do I have to download/paste the feed link from MyMCPS classroom periodically? And/or have some settings on my phone to have updates?

2. Is there a way to download it not as one consolidated feed but separate course calendars as they appear on the MCPS classroom site, allowing her to see what is coming up in just one class?
