I am very surprised even after the insane tech boom that dc has virtually the same number of unhw individuals as sf. Unhw: 30 million in assets Dc has a lot of wealth but it never struck me as a place where there is a lot of unhw types, compared to sf |

People who have been paying attention to D.C. real estate are not surprised. An average of a house a month sells at $20 million+.
There's a lot of old money here and a lot of new players moving including a few dozen billionaires. |
