H1N1 dosage question re: 36-48 months

Fairfax county is only vaccinating those that are 36 months or younger. I understand this is because the dosage for those older than that is different, and they only have the smaller dose? But my peds office is vaccinating those 4 and older, because they only have that dosage. I think that is the dosage for the 36-48 months crowd as well, right? I am confused and can't find any dosage information on-line. Anyone know where to access it?
