To be fair, Repubs don’t want Gaetz either. I don’t think the Trump DOJ will focus on political revenge. It’s bad for the country. Trump will focus on making America great again and fixing up the mess left by Biden. He doesn’t have time to politically spar. The fact that he met with Biden at the WH after he tried to kill him with intentional Secret service neglect is proof of this.
