I have never heard that. Yea, I don't find him attractive, at all. My DH is a Brit, and he is better looking.

most of the actresses are normal looking people. They put a ton of money into their looks. If most women put that much money into their looks, they'd be just as attractive.

Remember that makeover show where they take an unattractive person, and perform plastic surgery, pile on the makeup and put them in nice clothes?

Yeah, he had a couple of years as a golden boy, and then... aged poorly. The weird thing is I could never really put my finger on why he got so "not hot"--wasn't like he gained weight or had bad plastic surgery or anything obvious.

Add Jude Law to this phenomenon. Maybe Leo DiCaprio (though I think in his case, it is was pretty clearly bloat/ face thickening).

McConaughey lost a ton of weight for a role (the one about the AIDS drugs) and lost his looks after that, it aged him really fast. His eyes are more sunken now, its a lot of little things.

Jude Law....it turns out jawline and hairline was a lot of his looks.
