She hasn’t gone to public events lately so she’s been able to control the narrative and edit her pictures so heavily that she no longer resembles her true self.

Once she returns to regular public events it will be obvious again. Not that it truly matters anymore since there is a large enough fan base that doesn’t care about reality vs manipulation.

I hate the entire Kardashian family for what they've done to women's self esteem.

I think it's worse that Khloe has her old face - they're so clearly depicting images that don't exist and are impossible, profiting off it it, and women are contacting plastic surgeons because of the Kardashian deception.

And power to them, if I could become a billionaire by letting the world see me have sex one time and taking sexy pictures of myself (while also working really hard on a bunch of parallel businesses and revenue streams) than I sure as hell would too.

The area of her stomach below the boobs actually looks weird. It's too narrow. I believe the picture, even though she looks somewhat natuarl, has also been photoshopped.

I don’t think it’s photoshopped. Looks like obvious lipo tummy. None of these women work out which is why their bodies look so absurd.

That said...I think her real face looks nice. Although her photoshopped face looks like the biracial/WOC women Tristan consistently cheated/cheats on her with. Very sad.

Oh come on - can can be responsible for hurting other women. Who cares about the porn or the sexy selfies? It's the promoting (and profiting) of fake images, a reality that does.not.exist., that is disgusting and appalling. Women can be responsible for causing harm - the Kardashians are definitely opportunists, which is fine. But they're also scam artists in the way they distort what they really look like and promote 'ideals' that don't exist.
