Who are the best coaches in the area?

He doesn't have a long track record, yet. But Coach Amadu Fullah has brought a bunch of disparate kids together and improved them dramatically. He is tough but fair. While he does provide guidance during the games, he also allows them to make strategic decisions, keeping the corrections to afterwards. (Defenders changing the scheme from 4-4-3 to 3-5-3 or 3-4-4 when appropriate, Who takes the PK in non-critical situations) He has also got them to be much more aggressive than they were a little over a year ago. Just all around good job. Fun to watch, even in losses.

How do you know they’re not pushing the keeper up to midfield or the forward line

OMG too much American Football and not enough FIFA for me growing up. <blush> ..... so the corrected ones would be 4-3-3 to 3-4-3 or 3-3-4.

Marvin is at the orher end of my list. There is a reason they don't let him coach at the DA level.
