This woman was trying to give birth to her FIFTH child. That can't be good for her body. Can't be good for the FOUR children she has now. Isn't good for the environment. Why should we have compassion for someone making a bad choice?

I agree. A second trimester miscarriage would be heartbreaking and I feel bad for her but there is something almost exploitative about putting that video of her 6 year old child out there like that.

Especially when, per Hilaria's own caption, the daughter thought she was making a comforting video to send to her father. The child wasn't even knowingly performing for the gram when it was filmed. That's an insane invasion of Carmen's privacy to me.
