The kid behaved like an entitled jerk. Too bad his parents didn't raise him better. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. |
Oh hell no. That kid did not go to DC for “an exciting field trip.” I went to protest again the the right for women to control their own body. That teenage brat knows absolutely nothing anything other human beings experience in their lives, and had an arrogant smirk on his face to prove it. Of course no one wants to see their kid portrayed in this light. Preemptively put a stop to it by teaching them better. |

A few of us are able to understand that the kid is an entitled little sh#t, who needs to sat the F down and let grown as women decide what is best for their own lives and bodies.
And understand that what happened to him in the media was grossly irresponsible and as a society we need to expect more from journalists. |
He got his retraction from WaPo. He doesn't get a defamation judgment and $250m. That's just silly. |
LOL! Did the journalists force Sandman to behave as he did? Where all all the conservatives who always love to prattle about personal responsibility? |
That is a very weak analysis. Either she was a terrible clerk, or she’s disingenuous because she’s writing what her intended audience wants to hear rather than a rigorous analysis of the decision. |
Not good enough. Reporting ,” twitter says this” isn’t acceptable. |
You'd rather they didn't report "Twitter says this"? Ostrich much? |
Her articles are always laughable. She doesn't get paid unless she writes whatever the whackos at the Federalist want to hear. |
I’d rather they actually did their jobs and checked their facts. |
Twitter is a fact. Defamation was the wrong avenue. Lin Wood took this on as a way to change current First Amendment law -- that means that under current law, the kid loses. Current law is not on his side. |

another liberal activist just, Appointed by: Jimmy Carter
Sandmann has two additional pending lawsuits against CNN and NBC. |
Take a look at the judge's history. Not liberal, not activist. |
Yeah, Kentucky is full of liberal activists. Such a deep blue state. |
JFC. Is that what’s its come to? Once reputable papers just report the rumors and throw their hands up after the fact. Democracy dies in the dark indeed. |
