Ok, we’ll call his handsyness extremely inappropriate overfamiliarity. Burying one’s face in a woman’s hair, sniffing, planting unwanted kisses, cupping the woman’s (or child’s) face, pulling them in for hugs and kisses, letting his hands remain on shoulders, backs, etc etc... shall I continue?

You can call it whatever you want, but the fact remains the behavior is unwanted. And I bet if some guy you work with did this to you, you’d be the first in line to report him and/or call him out.

Harassment may be a better word than groping for what Biden loves doing.

In any large company he would have been fired decades ago. His behavior is a textbook example of harassment in the workplace.
