Do you find bald men to be attractive?

Send all the short guys my way! Bonus points if they are chubby and I'm fine with bald as well.

There is an outgoing, confident, friendly, very athletic, and nice man who works out regularly at my gym. He has an inviting smile, beautiful blue eyes, an easygoing personality, and - oh yes - he is bald. The hair on your head is but one feature, and not the only one that makes a person attractive. This particular guy is married, but if he were not, I have no doubt there would be a lot of women interested - hair or no hair.

Jason Statham is bald and short, yet banging Victoria's Secret models. Doubt he cares that you wouldn't be interested.

He is 5' 10", slightly over the male average height.

5'10" is slightly above average? Would find that hard to believe in US.

so if it's a little over 5'9", yet 195.7 lbs this country is full of short, overweight men?

Holy moly. Look at the stats for women:
Women:
Height in inches: 63.7
Weight in pounds: 168.5
Waist circumference in inches: 38.1* (96.9 centimeters)*Unpublished figure. Derived from converting published figures listed in centimeters to inches.

So unhealthy. That's average??? Overweight. Even rounding the height up to 64 inches, the BMI is almost 29. I can't imagine being 5'4" and almost 170 pounds

It is a narrow distribution. About 50% of men are between 5' 8" and 6'.

As 90% of women are 5' 8" or shorter, 50% of men are taller than 90% of women. And that's what women want, right?

Bald men have to work harder to overcome females’ genetic predisposition to choose a male with a full head of hair. Be in better shape. Earn more money. Whatever else.

Do you have a cite to any research to back this up?

Here is one that says your post is nonsense: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-mating...nd-bald-men-be-more-attractive

No matter how low I set it, there is almost always someone on DCUM who can still slide under the very low bar. The poster who posted, without any support, that "bald men have to work harder to overcome females' genetic predisposition" is a prime example. I wonder if this person took even a high school science class.

I've been dating this guy and on paper he's A+. But I can't get over the balding thing.

Heck yes. I married him.

balding or bald? those are two different things.

my now DH was balding and didn't really know how to have his hair cut properly. he would get it cut like once every 2 months. Now he buzz cuts his hair and keeps it up every week and it is HOT. he looks like a military guy. He has pretty big muscles and plays hockey. I definitely feel safe around him.

point being ... you can make adjustments!

OP, if you’re not into him, you’re not into him. It doesn’t matter if Jane Doe wants a bald guy or not. You need sexual attraction as well as good personality. He might be great, but if you don’t want to have sex with him, it’s not going to work.

I tend to prefer bald men. OP, if it's a big problem for you, don't date a bald man. I would not date a man with a moustache.

I met this woman, who is really close to being perfect. Sexy, smart, kind, great conversation... really almost everything. But... there's one thing I can't get over. Her bellybutton is an "outie"... and I've always really liked the "innie" type more. Would you marry an outie?

Heck no. But I'd marry a bald guy.
