Wheaton is very religious. |
W&L has a handful of SJW crazies who seem to have gone there for the express purpose of being the only SJWs and they are encouraged by a handful of professors and faculty who relish being in the resistance, but other than that the rest of the campus is moderate to conservative and tends to just ignore them. |
| The majority of the W&L student body is somewhat conservative or doesn't care so much. Same goes for the majority of private colleges in Virginia. |
You're never going to get over Hillary losing, are you? |
+1 What a bunch of weak ass cry babies. OP, you just have to accept that liberal professors have academics on lock-down. Most professors have zero experience outside of academics. They have only been exposed to liberal ideas, which sound great but aren't so great when it comes to the real world. I know it's painful to listen to their liberal rants, but you just have to suck it up. |
Yes, "rants" on how to be a critical thinker and a thoughtful citizen of the world. So painful, especially when one wants to go one living as a selfish bastard suckled on Russian propaganda |
| No, it is the rants on not allowing anyone conservative to speak on campus or expecting students to exercise good judgment about their Halloween costumes or going ballistic over “safe spaces” that gets tiresome. |
| Believe it or not, there are people in this country who are repulsed both by Donald Trump AND the social justice warriors. Being moderate does not make you a Donald Trump cheerleader. |
Yay, you hit all of Tucker Carlson’s talking points. Here’s your commemorative pin. |
^^^you need to get a life, Mr/s “investigator”. |
| Purdue. Mitch Daniels has firm control over the faculty. |
I don't care about Hillary. She wasn't my preferred candidate. But I'm HUGELY disappointed that the US voters elected Donald J. Trump. Every day I wake up to some new outrageous action of his I'm reminded about that. Humanity has a long, long way to go. |
Tolerating injustice doesn't put you on the right side of history. |
Yup - those are all definitely not GOP qualities. They like them dumb and conforming. |
| Thinking that people of differing views should be permitted to speak without being shouted down does not equate to “tolerating injustice”. |
