It's so weird how hell-bent Kristen is on breaking up Jax and Brittany. She says B is the best thing that ever happened to their friend group (really, why exactly??) and she's far too good for Jax. Why does she care so much? Stassi is another of his exes and she makes comments about Jax being a liar but she's not psycho about them breaking up like Kristen is.

And on a related note, I guess Faith is not pregnant.

Brittany is sweet but she can’t act surprised and devastated and shocked when Jax cheats on her or mistreats her. How she has any expectations of him at this point is beyond me. She knows his history. She knowshe is a felon. If there are any more shows with her freaking out and crying over him then I’m done - I’ll have to just turn the show off. It’s unbearable to watch.

What's up with the shitty apartments on this show?

I know they're all supposedly waiters and bartenders at Sur/Pump but obviously that is more of a facade for the show and they get paid decent money to film. I think I read it's something like 20k an episode.

So why are they still in these dumpy apartments? They've been filming for years now. And people like that get paid to show up at clubs and events. Sometimes it's ~ 10k an appearance.

I'm guessing those apartments are rent controlled. If they do make that much, that's about $480K per season. IDK....that doesn't go very far in LA.

They need to live in a building where a landlord allows them to shoot extensively. Not many landlords will provide that flexibility.

Also, rental apartments in LA are uniformly shitty. Seriously. And there may be some rent control happening, which is pretty common in older LA buildings.

Finally, I respect them for saving their money instead of wasting it on overpriced housing. All of them seem to know that this won't last forever.

James did do a pretty good job seeming upset at losing Logan as a friend in front of Brittany and her sister, but maybe he did set the whole thing up. I guess we'll have to see if he and Logan continue hanging out or not. And poor Raquel. She seems dumber than a door nail and her baby talk is annoying but she did seem genuinely shocked and upset when she witnessed what was going on.
