Possibly moving to Chantilly

I live in the area you describe. DH works in PWC, I work in Fairfax city- thus the location. Its bland but from what I can tell filled with people just trying to live their lives and its really safe, which is nice for a late night/early morning runner like me. We still go to DC about once every 5-6 weeks, to arlington (sometimes we just get lazy to keep going for a quicker dinner, etc) maybe 2 times a month. For quicker dates we do various things in ffx county- like the newer breweries, etc.

I think this is your answer, too, OP. I don't see any active listings for this model currently, but check out the three listings under contract to get an idea of the model. Two on Headly Court and one on Dundalk Street. Zip code is 22032.

We are in another neighborhood in 22032, but Kings Park West was one of the neighborhoods we were looking in before we bought. Imagine a 5-10 minute commute to GMU!! That is golden!!! I commute to DC and like riding the VRE.

OP, I am the second poster above. I just noticed a Barron model is now on market Tapestry Drive, 22032. Open house in Sunday. Might want to check it out.

19:25 again. Also meant to say that many owners have removed wall between living and family rooms to make one large room. If we had bought that model, that would have been our plan at some point. Like you, we have family gatherings to host.

Ours has the wall removed and it's great! We have a large family room and still a great sitting area in front of the fireplace. It really improves the flow and makes the house feel huge!
