I mean, it looks like she dodged a bullet by not staying with Nederlander:
Eric Nederlander, a Broadway producer with a history of disputes with the women in his life, claims that postpartum depression caused him to act violently against his wife. Lindsey Kupferman, his second wife, got a restraining order against him for violent behavior in 2008, and he claims in divorce papers obtained by The New York Post that he suffered from the baby blues after the birth of their daughter Mira. Nederlander, 46, was first married to Jerry Seinfeld's wife Jessica Sklar. After their Italian honeymoon, and barely a month after they wed, she asked for a divorce after reportedly meeting the comedian at a New York City gym. The Seinfelds have been married since 1999. Nederlander wed Kupferman in 2004, in a ceremony that ended with a fireworks display that would foreshadow their marriage. He allegedly threatened to "smash" Kupferman's face when she was nursing their 1-month-old daughter and tore apart baby announcements after raging over credit card bills, according to the Post. Later, he explained his actions in an e-mail to Kupferman, saying "male post-partum depression is probably something I'm going through," according documents obtained by the Post. http://abcnews.go.com/Health/eric-nederlander-briefly-wed-jerry-seinfelds-wife-postpartum/story?id=15851705 |
Not true. At least according to this New York Times article... http://www.nytimes.com/2007/11/04/fashion/04seinfeld.html?ref=fashion&_r=0 |
Great expose of her in the NYT:

+1 I like her. And I dislike self-righteous people who live in glass houses and throw stones. |
I went to high school with Jessica and she was a social climber then (trading out friends for more popular friends) too. Never a very nice person. |
To pp, I looked her up on Wikipedia and it says Jessica is not even her real name. Do you know the story behind that? Did she go by her real name in high school? |
Yes, I also want to know the story behind her name. Nina Danielle, right? |
This is the previous poster who went to high school with her. Jessica moved up to Vermont during 9th or 10th grade. By then she was already going by Jessica Sklar (her maiden name). I don't know the story behind her changing her first name. On a different note, her younger sister is sooooooo nice. Totally unlike her. I have also heard that her mother is lovely. I think her mom was a social worker or counselor. |
Lol. +1. |
