Sad that Bob is gone. New lesson: by cooking Bob's tainted meat, the Termites didn't turn (as far as we know...they might have turned later if they hadn't been killed).

I think a (small) part of me is sad that Gareth is gone. Not sure why. At least there are still more threats -- whoever has Beth.

While I can understand Maggie/Glenn/Tara being shocked by the slaughter of the termites....I was also thinking "Hello?! They tried [b]to eat you and your friends[b]. They were going to slaughter you like cattle and eat you.

Why is Maggie okay with leaving on the bus to DC and completely giving up on Beth?
Michonne has her sword back. Alright.

Wonder why the reverend didn't go to DC.

Who is with Daryl? Carol? Someone else?

Also shocked that Maggie left without Beth.

Surprised they killed Gareth - the trailers gave him lines he never delivered in an episode.

I think Beth is with Daryl. I think Carol doesn't make it.

Maggie doesn't know that carol and daryl drove off to find beth. All she knows is that they drove off and rick assumes they're coming back.

I bet if she knew that they went looking for her sister she would have stayed behind to wait for them to get back!

Yes, this. I think she assumes her sister is dead. She has no reason to believe otherwise.

Maybe Morgan is in the bushes with Daryl? Otherwise, it would be a huge let down if it was just Carol or Beth with him. Why else would he be so cautious? He wouldn't be bringing back a threat to the group. He wouldn't do that to Rick and the others...or would he?

New black guy in, Last black guy out! So weird they have done this several times.

I don't think Bob and the Terminus people knew each other.

Actually, Daryl told Maggie in the train car about the hearse driving away with Beth, and that Beth was alive.
Good idea about Morgan, maybe he helped Daryl and Carol.
I agree, Bob and the Termites did not know each other. I think when Gareth said it was ironic that it was Bob, he was referring to Bob being the one that talked to him at Terminus.

Who were the brutal slayers on Team Prison in the church? Only three right? Rick, Sasha, and Abraham? Michonne didn't chop anyone up?

Last night so it was intense. I think the three brutal slayers were Rick, Sasha, and Abraham. Whoever is behind Darryl can not be part of the group because he says come out like he's telling them it is safe to come out. If it were Carol she would have been walking alongside him. Where is Beth? Where is there a hospital with a working IV? That scene where it showed a woman slapping her across the face was shocking? Curiouser and curiouser.
I agree with the poster who said that Maggie does not know about Beth being a alive. Yes she knows she was picked up, but no one knows where. And when will we find out how Morgan plays in all of this.

I think Carol got herself "caught" and is inside the crazy place with Beth. I think Darryl came back with Morgan. The hacking to pieces of the T crew was a bit intense. Loved Bob's "gotcha" moment with them as well. Karma.

What did you think of the Beth episode? Watched Talking Dead and can't believe no mention of Noah hauling ass and leaving Beth surrounded by walkers and to get caught.

I bet there was a slight time jump. Noah is who was with Daryl when Daryl came out of the woods.

I liked the episode. Wouldn't mind knowing more backstory to the hospital group.

I'm starting to think the story is starting to go in circles. Story line:

1. All characters are together
2. Some get killed
3. Some new ones are added
4. Charachters get split up
5. Characters meet crazy people in "towns", "hospital", "chruch", etc
6. Characters get reunited
7. Start from #1 again.....

Not meant to be snarky, but what would you like to happen? They do come across good people (Morgan, some of the Woodbury crew).

My thoughts:

1) I think the writers dropped the ball with Maggie/Beth. It is completely inconsistent with Maggie's character that she wouldn't be more interested in finding her sister. There should have been more dialog about that. Maggie was always strong on family, and she was the older sister, protective of Beth. That she wouldn't show any interest in finding out what happened to Beth just seems to me inconsistent.

2) I think that the writers also take too many liberties with electric power. They did this with the Governor, too. I mean, at least with the Governor, they showed solar panels that they had. A hospital generator would last for a little while, but it wouldn't last THAT long after the initial crisis. I'm willing to forgive certain inconsistencies and unrealistic things (I mean, it's a zombie flick). But the best sci-fi/horror films/series make the unreal seem believable. And I think Walking Dead has taken too many liberties.

3) I didn't like the Beth episode. I think it was too predictable. That said, I don't think it was out of malice that Noah kept going. There really wasn't much he could do. And I think that Beth smiled when taken down because she was happy he got out.

4) As for Bob, his character wasn't well developed. He turned positive too quickly. The love story with Sasha also kind of came out of nowhere, and they had no chemistry together.

5) Not sure what will happen with Carol/Beth/Daryl. My guess is that the writers will kill off either Carol or Beth. I think Carol's character was just starting to get interesting. Same with Beth. So it's sort of a shame that it has taken that turn.

6) I am looking forward to Morgan coming back. I like his character. He's interesting and multidimensional.

Apologies. That is my guess. We haven't seen who is with Daryl at the end of the previous episode yet. Some people thought it was Beth, others thought Carol, some think Morgan. I'm guessing Noah.

NP- I don't think anyone knows this for sure, yet, but it is pretty good guess. Daryl and Carol go chasing the car that took Beth, run into Noah who fills them in on things at the hospital. Carol decides to get captured to get to Beth. Daryl and Noah go back to the group for support.

I'm still sticking by my original hypothesis that Carol got caught on purpose. I agree, I think Noah is with Darryl. Group will rally, Noah and Darryl will lead the charge to break back in and get Beth, who is attempting to escape with Carol. Then, due to the convenient storyline, they all will start heading to DC to find Maggie, Glen and group. If we're adding Noah to the group someone has to die. Carol maybe? Beth would get the OMG response, or they can just sacrifice Noah since we're not yet attached fully (still sad though, he took the beating for Beth). Many many options!
