This was covered earlier. Chicken stock and chicken soup are cooked thoroughly, as are stir-fries and kebabs. That is the difference. No one is taking issue with cooked chicken dishes. The corn was soaked in the water that the *raw* chicken had been thawed in.


How can the grill cook chicken and kebabs thoroughly but not the corn? I don't see anywhere that OP said the corn wasn't thoroughly cooked. It really wouldn't take long at all on a very hot grill for the heat to kill anything on the corn. The point is that other things touch raw chicken and yet are eaten.
