Heroin use in the suburbs

Last school year, four high school kids from my hometown died of a heroin over dose. I'm talking a high school with 1200 kids in upstate New York, mostly middle class families.

I hope my kids stay smart.

The children I saw growing up, who had drug habits, had overly strict parents.

It's wishful thinking to pin the reason on 1 thing, then you can convince yourself if you don't do that 1 thing you are fine.
