At what age can a man no longer date a woman in her 30s or younger?

This is not the dark ages...there should not be a difference of more than 4 years in my opinion. Women hit their sexual stride in their late 30s and 40s...so to have a partner who is very much older than her is a big no-no.

"sexual stride" is a madeup term. Women in their 20s are much hotter and more fertile.

Ms Bolton respectfully disagrees.

Not really. Men's attractiveness depends on many factors, of which looks is only one. Accomplishments, money, maturity, education are very important to most women. We're talking about dating here. Women's attractiveness depends mainly on looks and youth.

So men probably peak lookswise at 25-30, but their other criteria are increasing after that. Meanwhile, women peak lookswise at 25 at the latest, and that's the main criteria. Your professional accomplishments don't mean anything to a man, though he does want someone with a degree (something which is decided by 22).

Yes - a man wants a young woman. And for the same reasons a woman wants a young man. So stick to your age +/- 5 years.

"An old man marrying a young woman is like a man buying a book for a neighbor to read"

...though there are many women and men who will whore out their bodies for money ...so yeah, an old corpse can marry an Anna NickHole Smith

Who cares about fertility? I'm much sexier in my 40s than I was in my 20s. Much more confident, and way more libido.

My boyfriend thinks I'm hotter at 45 than I was at 25 (yes, he knew me then, but we didn't date).

I'm 35 and there is no way in hell I would date anyone over 42, max. My husband is 4 years older than me, at 39. That's about my limit. I can't believe all these people who think that 50, 55, 60, even 65 year old men can easily and regularly date women in their 20s and 30s. Gross.

I'm 31 and the guy I've recently started dating is also 31. I've never gone out with someone over 40, and in most cases wouldn't really be interested in doing so. I also prefer early/mid 30's to late 30's but wouldn't rule someone out over 35 necessarily.

She might be happy with that type of arrangement.

I'm 48 and the last two guys I dated were 63.

Guys seem to dig the 40ish milfs who look good but really know their way around in the sack. No inhibitions.

My experience with an older man was.... he needed some (ahem) assistance in the virility dept. Women don't have that problem. A little lube and you are good to go.
