The resemblance is so strong that when a friend of mine posted a pic of Blossom on my FB wall, another friend asked, in all seriousness "What is with the hat??" He thought it was me. I've gotten Bridget Jones a bunch of times. Never Renee Zellweger...always Bridget Jones. Annoys the heck out of me. They're basically telling me that my hair looks uncombed, I'm not stick thin, and I should be wearing make-up. Oh, and that I'm not as cute as I like to think I am. Oh well.

When I was in HS, it was Molly Ringwald, except with blonde hair. Even I see it when I look back at pictures. Once when I was having dinner at Bull Feather's with my brother and mom, we stood up to leave and the other patrons applauded and started waving at me. Apparently a lot of them thought I was her and our waiter told them I was.

These days it's Renee Zelweger, when she's "fat" for the Bridget Jones character.

That's hilarious that I posted right after you. I hadn't even seen your reply when I wrote about looking like Renee when's she's in character as Bridget Jones. Yeah, I don't really take it as a compliment either. I mean, she's still pretty. But there's just something about the comparison.

At different times I've been told Jamie Lee Curtis, Natalie Portman, Kate Beckinsale, Hilary Swank and Parker Posey but since none of those people look particularly similar to one another I'm going to go out on a limb and say I probably don't have a doppelgänger.

Before she was super famous, I used to get told I looked like Tina Fey. I also think I have a bit of Mary Louise Parker in me as well.
