| My dd got 136 on NNAT2 and only 120 composite score on Cogat. Does this mean she qualifies? She goes to a small private school and we gave the test through GMU, so we won't get the letter through FCPS directly about being in the pool. |

| Only FCPS 2nd graders can be in the pool. All others have to parent refer. |

| Heard a rumor (don't quote me) that 80% of Floris Elem 2nd graders are in the pool. If true, does anyone know if this is per historical trend? |

I was told last week that starting this year, a COMPOSITE score of 132 would be needed to be in the pool. This is unlike previous years where score of 130 or higher (or whatever the cutoff was for any given year) in any ONE of the cogAT sections or the NNAT, would place the child in the pool.
Is this from a reliable source? What is a composite score? |

Hopefully, the kids are unaware of what is going on, and only the parents will get the ulcers.
The best part is in mid to late april, when people are waiting. There is nothing to do... |

My got the Cogat scores in the mail. My DD got a 131. This is without any preparation. Any thoughts?

how was the NNAT? If it was 132 or over, she is already in the pool. |

Don't recall receiving any test score on NNAT? was this similar to Cogat where scores are mailed? |
