I can only speak to my position description but we had ours classified through OPM. It’s not common though and took a long while to get it classified. So OPM does have some PDs |

No. It’s more just likely to have a chilling effect on your ability to push back on barely legal directives. If you won’t sign, the next person will. It’s more contributing to the atmosphere of coercion. I expect few terminations or reassignments. The behavior change will be the goal. |
