| Instead of making this about tearing someone down, let’s make this about holding someone up. May this be a lesson of resilience for JS, as we help him heal as a community. |
Is the community trying to help him heal? He’s been cleared of the charges for several years now. |
| I can’t help but think his sons will be very angry someday when they find out the truth about how their father was falsely accused. Shameful situation. |
+1 he's lost years of his life, generated hundreds of thousands in debt he can't pay off, lost custody of his kids. What does "resilience" mean besides saying no one else would be blamed? |
The PPP seems like someone that spent months tearing him down. Now that they can’t keep doing that, they are reframing the situation from destroying a man’s life to “this was a lesson” for him. 🤮 |
| Bump. DCUM exposure added some donations but not many. |
Maybe we should wish YOU a similar lesson in resilience. |
| What I meant was to not go into pages about someone else, but do devote the energy to helping JS heal. Holding him up is what the focus should be. To find inner strength and to know he is finally being heard is resilience. Let’s give him strength to correct what was so wrongly done to him |
You still don’t get it. He doesn’t need to find the “strength to correct what was so wrongly done to him”. The community, including you, needs to be loudly and publicly proclaim his innocence. Help him pay off his debts, regain custody, and find him stable employment. THAT is what he needs. He doesn’t need to be seeking his inner strength. |
| Thanks for attacking a supporter |
You’re not a supporter if you keep posting that JS needs to find resilience and his inner strength. You’re completely tone deaf and need to think before you speak. |
| Marc how else can we help? Donated to gofundme and posted on my own social media. I never was part of original comments but believed the hysteria |
+1 This gofundme barely raised $3500. https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-jordan-silverman-rebuild-his-life |
| Curious to know what’s happening with his ex. Pp posted links to cases showing she’s been found guilty of significant fraud. How does that impact her custody status? Or is it a situation where JS would need to hire a lawyer to petition for a custody review given what’s going on in her world (and he doesn’t have the means to do that)? We wondered how she seemed to have unlimited funds to keep dragging him back to court and I think now we have an idea of where the money came from. |
|
DP here and I wonder if his ex is friends with the primary accusers? How far did her hatred go?
I hope his current synagogue is warm and supportive towards JS. I don’t know if it would be appropriate for a spiritual leader to offer public comments of general support, but it would help raise awareness. |
