Most people do blame Hamas and Israel for continuing their murderous ways and they're sick and tired of hearing about conflicts in the Middle East. The idiots who pick sides in these conflicts have the loudest voices and therefore you're left to believe those loudest voices are speaking for the majority. They aren't. |
I grew up in Manhattan and the Times was always considered a Zionist paper. Many jefes there served or had their kids serve in the IDF, including David Brooks. |
+1 except for the we’re all doomed part. People have always been this moronic. The only new aspect of this is that social media now gives them the means to share their foolishness with the rest of us. |
Please keep eating your own, democrats. ![]() |
Most ortho consider it too anti Israel |
And the NYT doubles down on its bias with an insulting headline about Palestinian statehood.

Zionists created hamas. Hamas would not exist if not for Israel stealing land and killing innocent families that lives there Peace for zionists will only come when Zionists leave middle East and go to where they came from |
You’ve already proven that you can’t read, so what does it matter? |
Israel knows the Epstein files backward and forward, too. Guaranteed. They have dirt on every single U.S. politician who carries water for them. |
They employ Bret Stephens They employed Bari Weiss They employ David Brooks They employ Tom Friedman They employed William Safire |
This piece was disgusting. Truly. |
Jack Shafer wrote this a couple of years ago and it still makes me laugh:
“The Times has a major advantage over its competition in marketing its fun and food verticals because it conveys high social status in some circles. The Times’ cultural identity is so refined, you could slap its NYT logo on some substandard puzzle and some people would still be convinced they were partaking of brilliance.” https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2022/02/04/the-new-york-times-is-becoming-amazon-and-thats-a-good-thing-00005937 |
Same here. This obsession with the Palestinians to the exclusion of any, and every, other domestic and international issue is so adolescent. |
NP. I’ve considered canceling over its absolute refusal to report honestly about transgender issues. The propping up of horrifyingly bad science is just too much. It’s only been recently, when forced by the fact that the evidence is overwhelming, that it’s been slightly honest. |
