When can they afford to buy in blue city suburbs when median prices are 2.5- 3 million bucks. They are not all working for Bain Capital or Goldman Sachs.

My friend who is ob-gyn for complicated cases is telling me that about 40% of her patients are from the south because there are less skilled doctors left there to deal with these complicated situations. It will only get worse for women in the south.

…and if they got in to the northeast good privates they would probably be going there, since these OOS publics are often the same as privates, or the SMU and Baylors that attract the kids who want private but cannot get into T20
