Ok, what the hell is going on with his shoes and feet? Have they been amputated and he wears a prosthesis?

If so, it would explain why he refused to leave the stage after getting grazed by a bullet without his shoes. Does he have a stub at the end of his leg? If so, it’s pretty crazy that Trump is putting the “A” in DEIA.
