MAGA: why so angry?

Nice try, but this thread in OP’s words is about “since Trump became president-elect” in which case there’s really nothing other than relief and happiness from the republican camp. Sorry to burst your bubble!

Please. All the maga I know are UMC and upper class. And they’re still angry! What’s hilarious is they call out Elitist Democrats. I feel bad for working class people who voted for Trump. They’ve been taken.

+100 The only anger I see are from liberals melting down over their loss. The mentally unwell libs are posting videos online about how they are divorcing their spouses because they voted for Trump, threatening violence, shaving their heads etc.

But we aren’t melting down? At least not IRL. Everyone who did melt down in 2016 is like “oh well, you all voted for this madness.” Don’t base your opinion on TikTok.

Depends on how one defines “meltdown.”

How does everyone view the march opposing the election result? I am thinking specifically of the self-titled Women’s March, which is scheduled to be repeated on January 20th?

As an advocate of freedom of expression (all expression), it is right, correct, and constitutional for this march to go forward. This is unquestionable.

However, those who are not attending are likewise entitled to expression of their opinion of the march.

Your thoughts?

A) never heard of it
B) this thread is about angry MAGA not angry dems. Start another thread unless…. You want to talk about how some march no one is talking about makes you ( as a MAGA) angry

Meh.

I’m not angry.

While I voted for trump, I did so reluctantly. He was the lesser of two bad candidates.

I do believe his administration will be far better for America, however.

But I am worried he will cut weapons shipments to Ukraine. I would prefer Ukraine be given the weapons it needs to defeat Russia militarily, and hopefully prompt a total collapse of the Putin regime.

Russia/Ukraine is a distraction form the coming war with China, which is only a matter of when, not if.

I think they're upset that dems didn’t act like they did in 2020/2021. It’s hard to deny that they’re the snowflakes now.

You’re not entitled to their votes. If you want them, earn them. They weren’t “taken” - they were persuaded.

Why do you think the resistance died? Curious.

There are two on the previous page, but as usual, MAGA will just stick their fingers in their ears.

Oh babe…
Yeah Ukraine is F’ed. Trump is absolutely stopping aid. And guess what? China will be emboldened by that. And guess what else? The rest of the world sees what happens when you don’t have a nuclear arsenal, and just have a nice promise that the US will come to your defense. Ukraine gave up its nuclear arsenal in the 90’s with our promise of protection. How did that work out for them?the rest of the globe has taken note. Get ready for a new global nuclear arms race. Only made worse with an appointment to the DNI that will keep our allies from sharing intelligence with us for the foreseeable future.
Sweet dreams tonight. Xo

I don't see this at all. Maybe you are thinking of some boomer relatives; most old people are cranky and miserable. The young conservative families I know are much happier and more pleasant than the lefties. Even lefties will admit that one on one they seem very nice. It's online that you get this angry impression and who knows who that really is.

The MAGAs who seem to be in their own echo chamber over in the immigration thread all sound super angry to me. They also sound like miserable and horrible people.

The fact that you refer to them as “the lefties” tells me you don’t actually hang out much around people with different political views.

Anger is NOT and emotion.
The left are emotional.

Does this look familiar ?

Yes, that is then-senator Obama, persuading Ukraine it did not need weapons, because Russia “signed an agreement” it would not invade Ukraine.
