This home is still better than the abomination that has been sitting for sale the last 6 months on the corner of Chain Bridge and Great Falls in McLean. Black/White McMansion sitting on one of the busiest intersections in McLean for over 2 million always had me scratching my head when I drove by.


That house is pending also.


I’m sure it will be a rental for multiple families and/or used as a dentist office. No way a family will pay that much just to live in a fishbowl with massive traffic right outside those big windows.

That’s what’s pulling its score down. If they combined the metric, Marshall would exceed all state averages. McLean has better college readiness metrics otherwise, but Marshall’s is better than a 6.

A quick google search would tell you they use AP, IB, and SAT.
