One has 10/10 for college readiness and one has 6/10. |
I’m sure it will be a rental for multiple families and/or used as a dentist office. No way a family will pay that much just to live in a fishbowl with massive traffic right outside those big windows. |
I see it’s contingent. Maybe contingent on those tiny evergreens surrounding the house growing another 20 feet for privacy? |
They really coulda splurged and bought the evergreens that are 5 feet tall. |
Because Great Schools uses AP enrollment as a weight for college readiness, and Marshall only offers IB courses. You can see in the scoring, state average is 23% for AP enrollment and 1% for IB. That’s what’s pulling its score down. If they combined the metric, Marshall would exceed all state averages. McLean has better college readiness metrics otherwise, but Marshall’s is better than a 6. |
A quick google search would tell you they use AP, IB, and SAT. https://www.greatschools.org/gk/ratings/ |

| Lucky to be selling it before they tear down the office building next door for 165 townhomes... Yikes! |
Who is building these things?? |
EYA is a good company, their high-end townhouse developments always help the neighborhoods. |
Looks like the buyer backed out as this house is back on the market. |

The abomination on chain bridge road is still under contract. I guess that’s a new low for pimmit. |
