Sienna School vs Field

Anonymous
Current parent here -- I don't know if there is a high number of kids with learning differences at the school but it would not surprise me because it is a smaller school and sometimes class size and the ability to have closer attention is the most important "accommodation" for a kid with learning differences. If a kid that needs to move around more can move around or have a fidget consistent with the culture of the school -- you don't actually need an accommodation. And the school's culture generally allows for that.

That said, if my kid had significant needs I am not sure how the school's current resources would be enough. And I would ask close questions about what the accommodations process would look like. I think other schools that parents are typically considering are Burke, Sandy Springs, and some of the single sex schools.

My kids have been happy there and as parents we are happy with the school. I don't know about Sienna school so can't compare.
