It’s well known within Oakridge that she has her inner circle group of minions. Here is how you know there is a lot of fluff. Almost half the staff doesn’t require a sub when they are out.

What a waste. Hire some match coaches and reading support staff. ESL support. Hell, an art teacher.

There are really some great things about Oakridge—some truly awesome teachers, community events, those videos the gym teacher makes. And one really bad thing: leadership.

Historically principals have gotten to move some money around. APS at one point indicated that that sort of thing was coming to an end, but apparently not enforced.
