What are the made up fluff jobs that other schools don’t have? |
| It’s well known within Oakridge that she has her inner circle group of minions. Here is how you know there is a lot of fluff. Almost half the staff doesn’t require a sub when they are out. |
Supervising other teachers, leading meetings… |
What a waste. Hire some match coaches and reading support staff. ESL support. Hell, an art teacher. |
|
There are really some great things about Oakridge—some truly awesome teachers, community events, those videos the gym teacher makes. And one really bad thing: leadership.

Is she as volatile with parents as she is with teachers? |
| In a word, yes. |
and what are these positions called? how does she fund them? i thought schools all had the same staff allocations except T1 schools get more. |
Historically principals have gotten to move some money around. APS at one point indicated that that sort of thing was coming to an end, but apparently not enforced. |
Ahhhh good times. |
Then where is she moving money away from? |
Usually this is done to specialist positions (art, music etc) and other teaching spots. |
Would make sense why their test scores keep dropping. |
